Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unopened and unused.
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

To initiate a return, email us at sales@pumpsauce.comwith your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

• Digital products or gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
